Structure
Built with melamine chipboard panels.
The structure has a depth of 45 cm, heights 82, 160 and 206 cm. “Excluding finishing top”. It is designed for hinged doors and drawers, with lengths of 45, 90 cm; Each height has been developed in such a way that each space is useful for housing the 35 cm doxes.
The shell rests directly on 5 feet in plastic with a leveler. The shell “sides, bottom, hat and back” are made with 18 mm thick melamine chipboard panels, edged with ABS profile.
The partition present in the containers h. 160 and 206 cm is made with 25 mm thick melamine chipboard panels, bordered with ABS profile. The structure is easy to assemble with eccentric joints.
The 25 mm thick melamine chipboard tops, edged with ABS profile, are supported by 4 shelf holders that can be moved in different heights on special 32 pitch drilling holes in the sides.
Doors and drawers
Ante: are offered in 3 variants:
– Blind doors with locks, made with 18 mm thick melamine chipboard panels edged in ABS.
– 5 mm thick, 5 mm thick, 5 mm thick hardened glass-colored transparent glass doors with a lock.
– Doors with anodized aluminum frame and 4 mm thick tempered glass in smoked or etched finish.
Doors with aluminum frame do not have a lock (optional).
The maximum opening of the doors is 110 °, the locks are Yale type with closure on the horizontal divider for height 160 and 206 cm and on the hat for height 82 and 160 cm.
Classifiers drawers: equipped with facades made with 18 mm thick melamine chipboard panels, with Ti Po Yale locks. The facades are hooked to a metal frame with full extraction bearing guides. The frame is designed to hold suspended folders with 330mm and 390mm center distances with the use of a special adjustable rod. The frames are painted with RAL 9006 finish epoxy polyester powders.
Fitting
The containers can be completed with top finishing tops and finishing sides that wrap the doors in the same colors as the doors and drawer fronts.
These accessories are only used to make the container match the melamine doors.
Tops and sides are made with 18 mm thick melamine chipboard panels and edged with ABS profile. The containers on request can be supplied with metal shelves painted with epoxy-polyester powders finish RAL 90 06, are supported by the same plane straps of the melamine shelves; The shelves are designed to accommodate suspended folders of 330 mm distance.
There is a container 80 cm wide and 74 cm high complete with finishing top, to be combined with the desks of our production.
